Roadwork consists of runs ranging from 3-4 miles which enable you to build a base level of fitness, including increasing endurance. We accommodate all levels of fitness, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete looking for ‘something different’ we will make sure that you work within your own fitness levels. The individuals who participate always make sure that a laugh Is had by all, as long as you have a decent pair of running shoes, your good to go!!Speed work, many of the boxers choose to do there speed work together, this is done at Meadowbank stadium on a Monday evening, and at the Meadows on a Wednesday evening. Training sessions are generally 20-30 mins in length, consisting of:
